"If anyone, according to the holy Fathers, does not reject and anathematize with soul and mouth all those whom he rejects and anathematizes, the most impious heretics with all their impious writings, even to the very last of them, let him be condemned by the holy Catholic and Apostolic Church of God, that is, by the holy and universal five Synods, and by all the Fathers of the Church who agree with them...
